Frequently asked questions

What is a clinical research trial?

Clinical trials are different from treatment. Participating in a research study does not mean getting treated for a condition.
Our team of study doctors will ensure safe and quality care throughout the study for all participants.

How much will I be compensated for participating in a trial?

Each study requires varying amounts of time and efforts, therefore, compensation will vary depending on the study that you may qualify for.

I don’t want to participate anymore. Do I have to stay in the study?

No! Clinical trials are voluntary, meaning that you can leave at any time.

I would like to enroll my child in a study. What do I need to do?

For children under the age of 18, most pediatric studies will require both a signed parental consent form as well as verbal assent from the child. For more information, please contact the study team to confirm eligibility.
